High Blood pressure at the age of 24????

My blood pressure is high.....Should i go to the doctors and get some medication or is there anything else i can take for it?

I am not on any cycle!

Last time i cycled it was Anavar and Primo back in October!

I am not taking any medication of any kind!

I took my blood pressure last night and it was 141/74.....It feels higher today.

I put a thread up last week asking what it feels like if your natural Test is not back, because i thought that's what was wrong with me, but it wasn't.....The shakes i was feeling was High blood pressure.......

    What should i do?????

Mine has been high all my life. I wished I would have started ( Lotre )
sooner. You should demand that the Doctor get your BP in range. There
are lots of different blood pressure Meds. You will most likely have to
go back a few time to get the right forumla. Get a BP machine at
Walgreens or Wal mart for $60.

It's really not that high at the moment but definetly should not be there at the age of 24. I recently went to the doctor for HB i was clocking 175/75...
He monitored it for a couple of days and managed to get it back to 120's. Of course i was on cycle and using some OTC flu medicine that can take it over...

What are you using to measure? Do you have a high level of stress?

No medicine, i just went back a couple of times for some test (EKG, STRESS TEST) and it finally went back into range.

make sure you get a different reading if your using those machines at walgreens/ CVS. there usually pretty accurate but when you have big bi's like me the cuff will get to tight and give inaccurate reading...

He told me that mine was high b/c i was not slepping well at all and was stressing to much

The machines at Wal Mart are not up to par. You should buy one
(arm cuff) they do everything automatic including pulse.)
Var and Deca will increase BP. You can control with meds. High
blood pressure is not cool. Control it and cholesterol to avoid
    serious problems.

141/75 isn't bad like it was said before in my med classes we would take tones of BP's and lots of guys in your age including my self has had my bp around that range. i wouldn't bother going to the doctor for that watch your salt intake and crink lots of water and to think of going on bp meds at 24 is one of the dumbest things in the world so don't worry about it and the one you want to watch for is your diastolic not so much your systolic 140/90 is starting to be on the higher low end
