while i am taking test prop I would like to keep the boys working downstairs and from what I understand is that Myog does a good job... the bottle says 3 caps a day, but from what I am reading from Bros on AR is that 6 is the rule... what is it?

I did 3 per day and that worked just fine....

I guess i started the 6 cap thing... but i was running it as my only pct...
3-4 should do just fine...
I will be running it at 3 per day with var/tbol very soon, so it should be interesting..
