    this sucks

    i just started my cycle of sd five days ago. last night i woke up pukeing my guts out. my daughter and wife had a stomach virus and i guess they passed it on to me. my question is should i just continue my cycle or stop and start pct. i havent eaten anything in 24 hours just pedialyte. my kidneys feel like they have been stabbed with a screw driver. would it be ok to just take a couple days off of my cycle and just start back up. sorry if this thread doesnt make a whole lot of sence im still pretty out of it. thanks

    Congrats on promotion bro.. I got flu last week of my mm cycle. Was last week so went ahead and came off about5 days, early it sucked. Make sure and stay hydrated good like spy said. Best of luck

    Stick with the cycle no one likes a quitter. You should be good to go. Sorry to hear about the family getting sick, I have been there, but I am sure it helped you lose about 5 lbs.
