Whats your BF%? Its really really hard to bulk and cut at the same time man. You can shoot 500mg of test e once a week but everyone will tell you 2X a week is better, because it is. Also at 175lbs how much are you trying to cut? Answer a few more questions, How many cycles?, Age?, Lifting experience?, and PCT knowledge. You answer all fo those and you will get alot of good responses.
Ya need to have a basic outline yourself, and also need to list your age, stats, years of training, previous cycles, and diet and goals before someone can give you good advice.
If you are thinking weekly shots and running winny, I would opt to go with an oral winny rather than inject. As for test E, which is a must IMO, You will definately need at LEAST 2 injections a week. Good luck. Research your heart out. This is a great place for answers. Don't be afraid to ask!
perhaps propeniate and tren
if your alright with doing ED or EOD then prop with winny..otherwise test e or c with winny would be fine make sure you diet and training is set for what you want, but dont over kill with the cardio if you want to put some mass on. your going to hold more water with the test e or c but some ldex can help with that..than again dont go nuts with the ldex those drugs will harm some gains..10lbs i dont think will be that hard, its keeping it that may be harder.. goodluck

whoops totaly missed that one. well theres some graphs floating around that would make you want to stick to 2 shots a week..it just makes more sense to keep the dips and jumps not so drastic. + plus 2 shots a week isnt bad. ive stuck just to my quads for 4 weeks now no problems here.
1-12 500mg test e
1-6 50mg tbol
or
1-8 50mg winny ( don't run winny but you mentioned it)

Will this get you what your after? - AAS aren't magic beans, it'll also depend highly on your diet, training and PCT. Have you even used test before? It could bloat you up a bit. As above I would run the winny 2 weeks past your test (week 6 -14) then start PCT.Originally Posted by toyman

I would bulk at 175lbs. If you eat like a horse, cleanly I can not stress enough. I do not see why you wouldn't be able to keep your body fat where it is at while bulking say you are at 12% body fat of 175lbs that would be 21lbs of fat and if you were say 12% at 190lbs that would be 23lbs of fat, but you would look a hell of alot more developed.I would stick with the test-e twice a week and leave the winny for a future cutting cycle and when you want to inject more frequentley and combine that with test prop. Run an AI if you are concerned with bloating.
