    alcohol on juice???

    how bad is it to drink on juice...now im not talking about going out and getting smashed 4 and 5 nights a week or anything like that...i mean having a beer with dinner...or maybe having a few drinks on a friday night...nothing major, is even this still a serious health risk im taking?

    i try to avoid it all together. occassionally ill whip out the belvedere and sprite but when im on i keep myself away from it for the most part

    I'm not sure if there are any increased health risks of drinking when on cycle.
    I used to NEVER touch alcohol when on cycle but as I have returned to university that fact is I do go out for drinks with mates a couple of times a week. It doesn't effect my training routine but it probably has some effect on muscle growth.

    As long as you keep it in moderation I dont see an Issue. I certainly have a glass of wine or two even when I am on cycle. The theory is that a cycle is hard on your liver already but really that only applies to orals.

    having a beer with dinner is not a problem... but i wouldnt got out on the weekend and have 4 or 5 beers in one night... that just wont do u any good...

    The biggest problem is the empty calories and the negative effect that will have on your diet. I used to drink it up with friends every weekend...but now that I've started my first cycle...I've staying 100% clear of it. One or two here and there won't hurt...but it is so much easier to just stop totally...because the temtation to have "just one more" is not there. It was tough to do, but I know I'll enjoy the benefits much more. Just by two bits.

    Alcholol is also a pretty potent diuretic. So, you'll have rebound water retention. Nobody likes the bloat.

    When on my first cycle (I say first because I have nothing to compare it with) I got high blood pressure and when I drank a couple of beers my BP gat worse and I even got this weird heart palpitations or rythmia. I did this maybe 4 times in a 12 week cycle but I would say it was worse towards the end of the cycle. The cycle was test-e and deca 600 and 300. So this time there will be NO drinking what so ever. Thats just my personal experience.

    I've stopped drinking all together, to me its just not worth it when my dedication to my training is this high. I would rather go out sober than drink and get messed up for a few hours then feel like garbage the next couple days. I take it to an extreme tho, for a normal dude a couple drinks in moderation probably wont hurt but if you are that dedicated to juice I dont see why you cant just lay off the booze for 3 or 4 months until you are done. It's all about how you list your priorities I guess.

    i get drunk (10 plus drinks) on or off cycle. only sides are the hangover. make sure to stay well hydrated and flush your system the next day

    Getting on the drink is no good for anyone but I tell you it's a lot harder to recover from and keep focused on training as you get older.

    i enjoy holding off from drinking for a few weeks then going out one night n binge drinking until i dont remember anymore

    it's not good b/c u could be filling ur body with way better calories instead of the alcohol. and it puts double stress on the liver too. but, still i know plentyyyy guys who juice like crazy and go out get their drink on all the time. u can see it all over in clubs. u know plenty of the guys in clubs juice and they are there every weekend getting drunk, not worrying about it. not a good idea tho, i wouldnt recommend it.

    i get loaded once a week. affects the gym the next day for sure cause im hung over. i wouldnt do it tho if u can. just the lifestyle im used to. im still gettin rad gains. no major water retention yet. but do what ya gotta do man. if u can stay away stay away!!!

    IMO if you don't have the discipline to quit drinking when you're "on" then you shouldn't be doing steroids in the first place
