never tried it pwo...i do upon waking, b4 workout, and b4 bed

i just take it pre workout, i doubt youd see any benifit if u took it post.

L-Arginine PWO wonnt help u if ur using another protien powder because ur body wont recognise the L-Arginine in the mix of all the other aminos. Use it befor u lift, upon waking up and b4 bed.
Theres been some post written about gaba. It works really good for sleep!!!!
