It should come with everything which is just the IGF pwder and the BW to recontitute it.

It comes with the Igf vial(which is 1mg lypholizes powder), the sodium cloride for reconstutution and the empty vial that you place the reconstututed IGF in.
You will need to buy syringes, BW, alchohol swabs,etc... seperately which you can get on Lion's site also.

most recommend to use Acedic acid instead of the BW any comments

it does not come with BW it comes with sodium chloride which is fine and will keep happily in the fridge for a lot longer than you will ever need.
