    cutting/bulking cycles

    Is everyone going for a cutting cycle for the summer? It seems like I just want more mass and mass even though I have no 6 pack yet or ripped look really. Why cut up if Im not happy with my mass, but I do have almost a 36" stomach at 5'11 and Im around 208. I wanted to do prop masteron and anavar, but now im thinking prop kickstart, then test enth, eq and then anavar? I want to be bigger!

    bro lose the bf fat first IMO, then hit your cycle. the bf calculator puts you at almost 17%bf get below 15% before you start, something to think about.

    where is the bodyfat calculator, i never measured my bf in real life. I know i have bodyfat and its so hard to get off. I am also on clen right now and it hasnt done anything to me besides cramps, well i guess i know it works.

    One of the challenges of BB, dont limit yourself to just bulking, set new higher and tougher goals for yourself to challenge yourself and body to reach new limits.

    To cut bf, your diet has to be even more spot on and cardio is a must, coupled with the right AAS compounds you should lose.

    Bigger isnt always better bro. One bro can be twice as bigger than another, but if he carries a load of bf, it doesnt look that impressive.

    Now take a bro who isnt as big, yet he is cut and defined, looks alot more impressive and alot more attention is given his/her way.

    Take a look at any BB competitions amature or pro, every bro on there is cut to shreds.

    I think you belong in the powerlifter section, jk jk...

    When you have high BF, it increases the risk of gyno because fat produces aromatase enzymes. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    ripped always looks better than big with a belly, IMO at i when i see someone who is ripped i respect that person (big or small) where anybody can get big and fat.

    i guess i really have to cut fat off my body then start back up. It seems like i am losing weight cause i got off cycle a month ago. I am not losing my stomach, but I am losing weight. Seems like muscle maybe

    if you only got off cycle a month ago you need to wait anyway, alot of people go 12wks on, 12wks off. repeat

    turns out I am in the same boat with seriouslifter. My problem is I put on a shit ton of weight last year when I did my first and only cycle. I was strong as hell, but power lifter looking. Not a fan. I retained a fare amount of my gains + the gut. Recently I started to add clen to my workout along with a lot of cardio. I have been doing this for a week w/ the clen, and have not dropped a pound. My diet is strict and I can feel I am taking in less carbs, but I thought I would have saw a little something. Any Suggestions?

    If your only feeling your taking in less carbs, you may not be...buy a scale to weigh your food and read every food label use a program to track all foods/cals everyday..like fitday.com or something similar. It will give you approximate cal. burn vs. eaten rates etc.. you have to have proper balance for nutrition at same time...

    you gota sacrifice some bf tho to get bigger, id say do a clean bulk cycle right now, bulk till next jan, then start cutting, id rather bulk to 220 and then cut to 200 than cut from 180 to 170, if u see where im comin from

    Agreed, this is my plan. Im currently at 195. I plan to bulk up to 215-220 then cut down. Then bulk up and repeat. I just can't stand the idea of getting fat. eww...
