    The best protein?

    What is the best protein shake or just protein to buy? I have Whey Protein powder it has 23g of protein per serving...What is the best to get …I have heard of liquid protein also any help

    Wasn’t trying to be a smarta$$ and I did do what you said and I’m still looking and thanx for your help...But seemed like he was tryen to be funny and so I came back with one...I thought when he said read all 50000 it was funny so I thought I would come back with one no harm done hope he didn’t take it the wrong way

    I think Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein is the best. It also has 23g of protein per serving but its good quality protein. That is way better for you than some 46g of shit quality protein.

    On whey = Optimum Nutrition whey. I'm just lazy. Tastes good too. You'll learn on this board that everything has been asked and answered. Pretty much every thing relating to what people think are the best of. So, everytime you post, you'll get a ton of people just telling you to search and if you say you did. They just say search some more.

    I like www.trueprotein.com...they have an ion-exchange protein that is a great quality one. Also, has anyone seen the new protein shots out? are they any good?

    protein powder is protein powder, find a decent brand at a cheap price.

    No one ever got huge off of it anyway.
