Anyone experiencing Delays when ordering gear lately?

I am not as privelaged to know the sources many of you have access to and I had to hunt down and even do some trial and error ordering before I actually got a package. I ordered a second order, after being so thrilled that I got a package the first time. Its been over 3 weeks and they havent' even been able to send it out to me yet, however, they have kept in contact with me and are apologetic, so I don't believe I have been scammed, and they are promising delivery. They are telling me they are having difficulties with being resupplied. They haven't been anymore descriptive about it than that. They are an official supplied BD affiliate.
I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their sources sending out BD products lately. I am wondering if their is some kind of shortage or there is something going on with the shipping.

It can happen. Things like this aren't usually disscussed. Lose lips sink ships.
In WW2 Nazi spies in the US could at first read the news paper to find out which ship had been sunken and its stats. This helped the Nazis determine or confirm their success rate. We wouldn't want to offer assitance to any Nazis now would we?

yea dont know why but my order this time was like 2 1/2 weeks behind man...stay patient

Thanks for responding guys, it helps me confirm whether or not I am being jacked around. Guess they are being honest with me.

is it international or domestic? sometimes the suppliers have stock problems. if they are keeping good communication then i wouldnt worry yet.

There is a good reason why your source is having problems getting restocked by that certain supplier. It's not a shortage, per se. However, for security reasons, I'm not allowed to go into detail on the open forum.

Keep communicating with your source and hopefully you'll get your order. Good luck.

yeah.. there's definitely an issue going on with BD that hopefully will be resolved quickly.

It won't be resolved I'm afraid. The tabs will be available for the rest of 2007. After that, they're likely to re-open under a new name.

thanks a bunch for letting me in on the info. It does make me feel more understanding about what is going on. I was thinking it was the source being a jerk, but I guess they are being honest.
I ordered BD Tbol, I got my first order of it and it worked like a charm. I am a bit concerned now that you speak of "unresolved issues", I really liked the Tbol and I don't even know of anyone else that produces it. I am open to PM's at any time. Again, thank you fella's

dont sweat it,i am still waiting on my order and it has been a month.would you believe it is BD products,let me know if you have any problem with your gear not working properly!!
