Hi guys im a newbie here but i have been reading for a while.
I've started my clen/T3 3 on monday along with a new diet and workout rountine. Im 5'10", 170lbs and like 19% bodyfat. Im trying to cut and hoping that the new diet will work. My diet and supplements are as folllows:

My sample diet is:
Meal 1: 4 Egg whites & 1 whole egg with 1/2 cup oats
MORE PROTEIN... TRY 8 WHITES + 1 SCOOP WHEY
Meal 2: Pre made protien drink with no carbs and 17 grams protien
NOT ENOUGH PROTEIN... TRY FOR 40-50G/MEAL
Meal 3: Chicken breast with grilled onions and peppers.
HOW BIG IS THE CHICKEN BREAST? YOU CAN ADD PEANUTS OR ALMONDS OR FLAX SEED OIL HERE
Workout
Meal 4: PWO with protien and dextrose
HOW MUCH PROTEIN AND DEXTROSE?
Meal 5: Ground Turkey patty with onions and peppers.
HOW MUCH TURKEY? YOU SHOULD GET COMPLEX CARBS PPWO... TRY 1/2-3/4 CUP OF OATMEAL OR BROWN RICE
Meal 6: Protien shake (Carb Free)
WHEY IS DISSOLVED TOO QUICKLY TO BE A MEAL BEFORE BED. TRY 1 OR 1 1/2 CANS OF TUNA AND 1 TBSB FLAX SEED OIL.
My work out routine is:
Monday - Chest & Abs
Tues - Legs
Wed - Back & bis
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Shoulders & Tris

Everday I am doing cardio in the morning for 30 - 45 min on an empty stomache. I just lost 12 lbs in the past 2 months eating clean and excersizing but I need to get cut and lean just looking for some advice.
Please let me know what you guys think. I appreciate it. I have tried to come up with this based on everything ive read. Thanks.
