Syringe Question

Hey i know it is bad to reuse needles and i would never do that, especially from sum horror stories ive heard about getting infections. but is it ok to reuse a syringe (washed out with alcohol each time to keep sterile) and change out the needles only?

sorry for the lame post, didnt think i ordered enough syringes but checked my order and sure enough i made a mistake. all is good, thanks again for the immediete responses

i know i know, im sorry. i made a mistake and was just trying to clarify that it is not ok to reuse syringes to a buddy of mine. i should have made it more clear
