As of yesterday, I am 14 weeks out from my first show. Met with my trainer for the first time yesterday. I am probably starting about 1-2 weeks later than I should have but I think I have time. There is another show is 15-16 weeks that I will switch over to if I absolutely need the extra week or so.

Being as this is my first show, I really have no idea how the diet is going to go but I'm giving it 100%. Like most guys, I hold almost all of my bodyfat around the lower waist and lower back.
Currently working out 5 days a week. I'm starting cardio tomorrow at 30mins 5 days a week, walking-incline on treadmill.
Weak points are going to be upper/mid chest and probably forearms. I am working with a trainer and will be doing exactly what he tells me. We had our first posing session yesterday (after I took these pics) and I can already tell a difference. Here are the 14 weeks out pics.
