The Darlington race today should be a hell of a crash fest! The track will be repaved after this race because it is in such horrible condition. The race was postponed last night due to the heavy rains. That rain also washed away the rubber on the asphalt that was built up. So no rubber and a bumpy shitty track! There will be many Darlington stripes on that wall!

Well guess what? No crash fest. Just good hard racing. Everyone seemed to have control of the new COT cars and except for a few incidents the race went pretty smooth. Gordon wins another one in a overheating race car! That car looked like it was ready to blow with 20 laps to go but it somehow hung on to the end. Hamlin took 2nd and Johnson 3rd.

gordon is on fire! i've been slowly getting back into nascar and i'm looking foward to the 600 miler at charlotte tonight. j.r qualified well and i hope he has a good night.
