yeah its called waxing, and shaving, as far as a drug or chemical I dunno i know that there are inhibitors u can use to prevent the hair from grown back as fast but other than that dunno. And yeah the side effects ***end on the person, if ur naturally lean then yeah they aren't give u bad side effects. I use 750mg test cyp a week and haven't had any water retention so far.
