from watching some of the responses on here i've realized that if you have a question you better use the search function first, and well i have over and over again using different words but either way its 50/50
about half the people on here say creatine and ec can go together about half say they cant
now i understand caffiene is a diuretic but im drinking a crap load of water anyways, and i heard about the 9 man study during the loading phase which really doesnt convince me either, so yea im gonna ask it, assuming your drinkin ALOT of water will it be alright to take an ec stack while supplementing creatine, i figure my system works out ok, cuz they are far apart time and digestion wise, i wake up take my ecy stack and run 2-3 miles, or 20-40 minutes on a tread mill, then a couple hours later i lift without caffiene just a preworkout shake and pwo shake with creatine, i figure since i've already pissed out the caffiene things should be fine
well i guess the best answers are peoples own personal experiances so whats your opinion
