Can anyone give me tips on trap workouts? i do shrugs a lot but would like to know more that work on the traps alone?

						upright rows 3 sets of 12 reps
D.B. shrugs 2 sets of 10 reps
seated rows to upper abs lower chest w/close grip 2 sets of 12 reps
bent over rows to upper abs 5 sets of 10 reps
cleans 3 sets of 6 reps
this is my back/trap W/O everyother week I change from bent over rows to pulldowns wide behind the head for the same reps and sets. this w/o has given me more size to my traps and upper back.

						now these are heavy sets with minimal rest.
also try a WIDE grip upright row...they hit great !!
Trap get hit a lot during back and even on chest day they really don’t need much work at all I just hit them after back with 3-4 sets of shrugs to minimize overtraining

						deadlifts,bent over barbell rows,they are back exercises but they will build up traps the traps. seated dumbell shrugs are good too.
