    Paging Columbus

    Hey Columbus,

    Guess what? It looks like I'll be flying in to Columbus, OH at the end of August for a few days due to my job. You're located in Ohio, correct? If so, I'd be more than happy to work out with you while I'm there.

    Also, how would you feel about the idea of creating a competition like environment for out workouts together? We can do the bench press, pull ups, 1 mile run/race, squats, etc. and we'll then see what you're all about.

    If I win this contest, you have to eat all of the foods below within 4 hours. I also get to watch you eat all of this crap:

    1 bag of Fig Newtons (you like these according to your posts)
    1 large bottle of Strawberry Quick (you like this as well)
    1 large pizza
    1 large tub of ice cream
    1 large bag of cheese Doritos
    1 gross trip to a chinese buffet

    I'll ask for you to come up with something should you win the contest.

    Does this sound doable? Do note that I will be bringing my digital camera and the truth will be told upon my return home. Please let me know when you get a chance.
