hey guys-
ive heard that so many guys on here live by low intensity cardio that i would love to work it into my routine somehow. i train in muay thai and boxing 3x a week, an hour each session, and i lift mon/tu/th/fri. last week i was doing HIIT on the days i didnt train (aside from sunday, which was my rest day) to boost my endurance. would it be detrimental for me to do a session of low intensity cardio in the AM and do a session of HIIT later on, on the same day?
