    Listening to your body

Im on like the 4th month of my "cycle" and last week I got sick. Nasty summer cold. If I get sick it's usually for no more than 3 days. But this cold has been a bitch. Lasted over a week now.

Im partly figuring it's summer and the change in weather (everyone around me is sick, same cold) and then partly the gear taxing my body after being on for so long and changing up compounds a lot. I've stayed out of the gym because I've just been sick as a dog. I attempted a day but my body was like nah..not today.

As bad as i hate missing days and want to get back in there. Im thinking about going tonight when i get off of work but I only feel about 85% healty, think it would be a better idea to just wait til im 100%? I'm they type that will go when i hve an injury or im sore etc...i don' t miss days. I just feel like I may prolong this sickness if I go back before Im 100%. And I don't want to have a shitty workout.

I want to hit it but whats your opinion? Should I just listen to my body and wait til im feeling back to par again?

sounds like you already know, let your body heal first. You weaken your body when you work out, it needs it's energy to fight the virus you have not to lift weights and repair muscles. You can get a full on relapse if you push it to early. GL
