active life/half life confusion

My source has active life days listed next to each product. It says the test E has an active life of 8 days. the deca has an active life of 14-16 days. the tren E is also 8 days. Is this correct or do you think they mean half life? I thought test E and tren E had a half life of 7-8 days.

Appreciate the help guys I would like to clear this up.

I understand the difference between the two. I think my source might be confused. When they say that Test E has an active life of 8 days it sounds to me that they mean half life of 8 days.

Do all enanthate esters have the same half life?
For example: Will Test E have the same half life as Tren E, no matter who makes it?


Maybe someone has a list of different steroids half life. That would be very helpfull, something to go by that I know is right.

In a word "YES". The ester, not the compound determines the release rate, which is essentially the half-life.
