    Need help with ECA(Y) stack for wife

    My lovely wife did an 8 week cycle of Var and clen/T3 a couple of months ago. The results were great! However, she is having a hard time losing some weight around her waistline.

    After researching this, I found that an ECA or ECY stack might work well for her, since the Clen and T3 really didn't help with fat loss. I was on ar-r.com and found the caffeine and yohimbine but no ephedrine. Any help on this one?

    I also read about lipo-6 and dyma-burn. I thought those might work stacking it with yohimbine. She is 29 y.o., 5'2" and weighs 130lbs. She would like to loose 10 pounds while maintaining as much muscle as possible!

    Seriously though, Clen & T3 (especially if used synergistically) are far superior to ECA. The fact that they didn't help suggests that her problem is not which supp to employ, but rather how to best apply proper diet and cardio towards fat loss results.

    Diet is invariably at the origin of extra/overweight or the inability to lose weight problems. This is not to say that her diet is poor, or even flawed for that matter, but rather that it is not suited for the goal of weight/fat loss. Although there are various principles (mini meals, multi-meals, no late eating, low-carb, high-protein, etc.) that can be applied the solution is ultimately a very simple equation:

    (Caloric Intake < Normal Requirements + Training Requirements)


    I'd advise you have her log what she eats for your inspection. If you don't feel qualified ask a trainer or nutritionist to review it and suggest appropriate changes/cuts. Remember cardio, lifting, supplements, and even aas are all subordinate to diet when it comes to weight and fat loss.

    drugs and supplements are useless without a proper diet..plenty of people think they know how to eat correctly..have her diet evaluated by qualified nutritionist or trainer and you will be amazed at the changes you will probably have to make..even the littlest change can affect your results in a big way

    just look around a little you will find them easily, i have several indian owned gas stations in town that sell it dirt cheap. and what kind of diet is she on, 10 pounds isnt all that mouch to loose, I wouldnt be hitting up the clen and t3 just for ten 10 pounds
