cytomel t3 and t4 question

hi just wunderin if all of you split your does of t3 up thru the day or take it all at once because it has a 60 hour half life so im told wats your thorts?

and t4 is it as effective as t3 and would you split that up thru the day?

just want 2 no any opinions any 1 has about the 2 and how they thinks best to take them

Drop the T-4.....Depending on dosage split the T-3 up in doses..If your doing .75 mcg then split it up in 3 doses

why woudl you split it up personal preferance or because of things you have read?

wen you sey drop the t4 do you meen just dont use it if so why did it not work for you or have u never herd of any1 havin good results?
