I've been looking at this place for a couple of weeks now, and I feel now is the perfect time for me to introduce myself. I'm 26 years old and I'm from Amsterdam (Netherlands).
The last 10 years I've been running the 10K and cross country on a rather intensive level. But I'm feeling that all those years of running had it's toll on my knees. So now I'm trying to build some more mass and bulk up a bit. I've done 2 cycles for speed/strenght before witch were:
1-10week, boldenona-E 400mg/w
1-5 week, Winny's 50mg/d
500i.u. HCG every 5 days
11-13 PCT (clomid, nolvadex)
Now I'm up for another cycle but more for bulking up a bit..
I'm just wondering what your thoughts are about it and if there's a mistake in it or some good modifications I should think of.
