What do you guys do for dose sizes and how long do you cycle it?
does it say how you should take it on the product you bought?
if you havent bought a product yet, generally it says how you should take it.
Most would tell you to frontload 3-4 times a day, 1 serving is normally 5g. Make sure you drink a lot of water for the first 5 days. After the frontload of 5 days, its back to 1 serving. This isn't true for all brands, but that has been my experience with most Crea Monos. Personally, I'd stay away from any Creatine Monohydrate because of the excessive bloating compared to "specialized" creatines like CEE, Creatine Magnesium Melate (in Green Mag), or mixed formulations, something like Size On. A cycle is probably 6-8 weeks, many people strongly believe in "cycling" creatines, or basically switching to other kinds to get the reaction of it just being introduced.
Would you do half serving before and half serving after working out? Some days I run and lift weights at differnt times would you take a serving after running and another after lifting?
on the loading stage, you should take 3-4 times spread out over the day. after that, you can take it either before or after workout. it might specify when they recommend to take it on the bottle, but if not, you can take it before or after. i've always taken it before.
