flex also knows a thing or 2 about the judges and bad calls, look at the 99 olympia and all the other times he was robbed.

honestly, i thought ronnie was unbeatable that year......ronnies legs dominated flex's, and persnally i think flex was using a little synth that year.....ronnie was more solid and complete

Flex's physique was the most asthetically pleasing ever. his symmetry was unparalleled, especially compared to ronnie. ronnies pecs have always been too large for his chest and his abs have always been distended. flex was tighter than hell and always had a complete package. ronnie just had size. and we all know the olympia is just a size contest.

The judges weren't only wrong this year, they are wrong almost every year imo, there have only been a few Olympia's when you could cleary pick out a winner, the rest is politics.

    ya definately....

I think he should have followed in the footsteps of yates.......yates went out on top before he started losing it

I seriously think ronnie and markus are getting more and more greg kovacsesque.......jay cutler is heading in that direction for sure

the look of vic and dennis is a good look......it is somthing that i imagine, people would actually want to look like, and its a look that probably at least some women find attractive and turned on too..

i hope they don't go mass monster crazy, and help bring the sport back to something more appealing

God bless ronnie and jay, they are living legends.....but imo, ronnie really went over the edge after 2001......99-01, he looked perfect...he should have just stayed there instead of going downhill after 03

after somtime between 01-03, ronnie started wei***ng more and more, but this "weight" gain did'nt really seem like it was bigger muscles, or at least his weight gain really didnt do justice to his look.....

yates was not caught up in the scale, ronnie was, which i think was a downfall

I agree that flex looked brilliant.

But i dont agree that he shouldve beaten ronnie.

Ronnie in 1998 and 1999 was unbelievable...if you look at the size and shape of the guy he was unbeatable, look at his posing from the rear, how much better he looks from the rear than flex. Also back then he didnt have much of a bloated gut at all.

The best ronnie and the best physique ever in my opinion was the ronnie at the 2003 olympia, that physique was incredible, that easily beats anything on stage today hands down.

I give credit to ronnie, the more i look at his physique rather than whining about gut distention (which really only occured after 2004) the more i like his physique.

When he won in 1998 he looked razor sharp, had massive size from every angle and great shape. When he won in 2003 he brought the most ultimate physique seen today to the olympia.

Just my opinions, i liked flexes physique a lot but the more i look at ronnie's, the more i see quality.

I think it would have made more of an impact if he was a little more well spoken.
