Hey everyone i just got on the forum a short while ago. ive been reading the forums for quite some time now and decided to register. Ive been dieting very cleanly for about 5 weeks now. Im 21 have been lifting for bodybuilding for about 4 years now. ive been trying to cut up to drop some weight and look better. Im at about 13% bf and i cant seem to get away from 242lbs. ive been doing test prop at 700mg a week and have been doing cardio 4 times a week in the mornings before i eat anything. my diet looks something like this:
After cardiorotein shake with milk about 50 grams protein with the sugar from milk being simple carbs
10am: 4 egg whites and 1 full egg, 1/2 cup oats with splenda
1pm: same as 10
4pm- 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup brown rice
WO 5pm- post workout i usually have a protein shake with milk then a couple pieces of fruit or a can or two of pineapple
7pm- 1 chicken breast with half cup brown rice
10pm- 1 chicken breast with a bowl of steamed veggies and 2 spoons of PB
any help is greatly appreciated guys thanks
