    need advice

    Hey whats up guys been reading around a bit quite new to this forum...what would u guys recommed for a college baseball player..

    19 y/o
    195 pounds
    6'3
    bat for average, and power...feel tired worn out alot of the time..wake up at 8 go to calss till 12 lunch..lift for an hour run for 45 min then practice for 3 hours..same thing every day sundays off..

    HGH?

    Anyhelp would be awesome...

    I would recommend proper diet, proper training, and OTC supplementation.

    At you age and stats, HGH or AAS should be out of the question.

    No wonder you are tired, how much sleep are you getting, a good 8 hours? You should be in bed sleeping at midnight but being in college is a different story. No anabolics for you, just get the rest you need and eat right and use whatever otc supps are available to you.

    def not a good 8 hours...u guys have any good dieting sites or anything i can go by..its hard to wake up and get a good meal in before class as it is

    plenty of good diet info on this site in the diet forum.
    If you aren't getting enough sleep then you obviously will feel tired and worn, medication the symptom is not the answer.

    Eat, sleep, train, repeat.... If your practice lasts 3 hours, then why do 45 minutes of running? Also, keep your gym training to 3-4 days a week and under an hour during each session. Rest a day or 2 between sessions. At 6'3" you should get into the 215lb range easily and natty. Good luck
