deca winne sus questions

ok im getting ready to ru a cycle with deca winne and sustanon im 178 lbs 14 % bf and im looking for a 20 to 25 lbs of quality gain and strength

deca 400 weekly
winne 50 mg tab ed
and the sustanon im not sure how much i should take my source tells me once a week but im not sure any sugestions would be apreciated

this is my first cycle so i was also thinking of doing just sus to start but i alwready got the deca and winny so i need some help deciding wether to do sus and winne or deca sus winee

im 5'11 14 % bf and around 178 180

for pct i was thinking clomid and if take deca Nolvadex/10 - 20 mg/Day
during the cycle
the sus if i shoot it ed eod whats the mg a week do i just divide it by the amount of shoots i will do ??

Personally, I would say save the deca and winny for your next cycle and stick with just sust. You'll get those gains from the sust alone if your diet is right so adding the deca and winny would just be a waste IMO. They would be overkill and you'd just be saturating your virgin receptors. My first cycle was test E @ 500mgs/week and I gained 30lbs and kept 25. My second cycle was test/deca and I gained another 20lbs because my body wasn't used to the Deca. I would also say your PCT needs some work.

Footnote: if you can get Test E instead of Sust I would go with that as a first timer because of the frequency of the shots.

Save the deca for your second cycle. shoot the sus eod at 125mg. run it for twelve wks. I would save the winni for next time but if you do decide to run it. Run it wks 8-14 right up to pct. go with hookers pct, found on the homepage. You should have an ai and a serm, Ienolvadex, aromasin) you will know what I am talking about when you read it. eat your ass off. keep the nolva on hand in case you see signs of gyno during the cycle. hope this helps.

sust only 4 12 weeks same as me im injecting every 3 days im told to do it every other day but im stickin with what im doing keep your gains by carrying out proper pct save your deca til your next cycle with the winny good lick ! ps im seeing exellent gains from the sust alone this is my first cycle 2!

For begginer, 8-10 week cycle would be appropriate. 12 weeks or more will be too long, it will supress HPTA severely so you need additional HCG to restore testicle function. Besides, more money will spend for Sustanon and HCG

Personally I wouldn't run any cycle without test as a base.

firsty off, usmc you need to read up bro.

second off, this is your first cycle, right? you want it to be a good one, right? well keep in mind that the receptors in your body are fresher now then they will ever be. - - whats this mean? this means that anything you take with this cycle is going to have fantastic results on your body.

couple things im going to note on here

1- you asked, what should you do to keep your gains? - well simple answer, taking decca and winstrol (of coarse under the impression that you will do a good pct) along with your sustanon will increase the hell out of your chances to keep your gains. why might this be you ask yourself? easy- winstrol and decca are extremely anabolic- which in response causes your muscles to retain their size. taking just testosterone, which is both androgenic and anabolic will not allow you to get that great steroids expeirience that you are probably looking for. throw both other compounds into this equation and you will be looking like a champ.

2- now for the sustanon, it is best taken at least every other day many people and myself agree it is a great form of testosterone because there are 4 tests in it which, in conclusion causes your body to absorb more of it. taking single esters like enanthate or cypionate, doesn't have the advantage of sustanon does because they are SINGLE.

now the DOSING FOR THE SUST- easy, a 1/2 ml (125 mgs) every other day. you should get some tenderness from the injection site aswell. why? real sustanon contains testosterone propinate in it causing a typical and common immune response in your body (tenderness of the injection site, flu like symptoms= sust flu, normal). odds are your decca is something like 200 mgs a ml so throw a 1/2 ml of that in with your sustanon injctions. taking your winstrol in conjuction with the decca for the final weeks of your cycle will get you beyond where you probably are right now. best of luck bud

so in your opinion i should do sus winne and deca even though its my first cycle cuz what im getting from people is that that cycle is 2 much for my fist time and it will be a waste of gear. So what It comes down to is whether I should do the sus alone or go with what I had planed deca sus and winne. The other question is if ill do the sus deca and winny what kind of gains am I looking at 10 20 30 lbs?? My diet is on the money and my bf is 14 % just had it checked ohh I’m 177 lbs 5'10 ill post a pic soon I want to document my cycle and share my experience with everybody on the forum

stick with just test you can only gain so much muscle adding more compounds will be more effective in later cycles.

Of course most people will tell you that more is more and in later cycles it will be. But on a simple test cycle at 500mgs/week (maybe a little dbol at 30-40mgs/day for a kickstart) you'll likely gain 20-30lbs with little to no sides. Now on a the Sust/deca/winny cycle you'll likely gain the same amount of weight, but with an increased chance of sides and if you do get sides you won't know which compund caused it. You be the judge to which cycle is better for a first. One last thing, take all information that's handed out to you on these forums with a grain of salt. Don't just accept it as truth find out for yourself.

Test only for a first cycle I ran test cyp at 500mg for 10 weeks and gained 25 pounds and kept 19 you will do fine with the Sustanon if you can go with test E or cyp if your source has it sustanon is a pain in the ass since you have to inject eod since is has 2 long ester and 2 short ester. Personally I dont care for Sustanon jmo
