I have some deca 50mg who is perempted since september, is it safe to continue injecting it ?

Did you mean your juice expired in Sept.?
If so, yes it should be fine to use.

If the expiration was just a few months ago it's still fine, provided it has been stored properly.

I may not be correcton this, but I think after the expire date, it just starts to lose 10% of its strength a year.
