    Beginer Help

    Hey all, ive been serious lifting for about 6months now, im 21. I never really lifted at all till about 6months ago. Ive been doing mma off an on for about 4years.

    I really want to start a cycle, right now im on my second cycle of OxEvol. its a prohormone.

    But soon i want to start a cycle of Dbol, and maybe Winstrol. im looking to get bigger, but get a little cut up at the same time. I want to be bigger, but not just mass.

    Is that going to be a good cycle to do?
    How much should i excpect to gain, size and strength wise?
    Is 8 weeks a good length?

    Ill save everyone some time here. First off read more d-bol only is not a good cycle alto some have done it does not mean it works great. Check out thies stickys

    6 months of lifting? youre no where ready for steroids..work on your diet.i guarantee you that it needs improvement

    ny diet def does. when i started lifting i weighed 195. im up to 220 now. my arms went from 14 1/4 to 16 1/4. I have added 55lbs to my bench. but like i said ihave been on a pro hormone, and im just starting my 2nd week of my second cycle. i really would like to get get bigger but more cut up.

    if you wanna get bigger and more cut up..need to sort out the diet issues..go to the diet forum and read all the stickies..learn how to bulk and how to cut..very hard to do at the same time..learn about post workout nutrtion..you'll get way better results with a good diet and no steroids than with a poor diet and steroids..good diet plus steroids = great results.

    thats a hell of a lot of ink work you got done too!!

    alright thanks man! dieting is hard haha, i love junk food to much. it sux

    no one said it was easy..require lot of hard work and dedication, but its worth it in the end..most of us love junk food...you just to learn to control it and only eat it every so often..lots of junk food and steroids = FAT!!!!!
