The only diet I have ever done is mainly a 2000 cal. a day diet. I know it is not the best, but I have had trouble finding a diet that works towards my goals. I am 6'0, 210lbs and.... (gulp) 13% body fat, my legs have always been in great shape, but lately my torso has been going to crap.
I have been looking for a diet to help cut the fat in my mid, yet ad muscle to my arms and upper body.
Mainly my goal is to get ripped, I know that sound cliche, but I need to get back into shape, and not a round shape. I don't know what the best diet is, so any help would be great.
Also, I have used creatine and protein drinks for years, should I drop those for now, or is there anything I should be using.
