well, lots of guys here use --> time off = time on plus some more time... then new cycle. If you can keep all theweight and can't gain the nyou are either not eating/training right or you are at your max genetic potential and only gain on cycle... all I can think of.
Pretty much when you go off and take that 6-8 wk break your body's hormones are returning to normal so its just like ur back to before you started in my opinion. But you shouldn't lose that much if ur PCT and diet are kept up after you top.
I take a 6-8 week break b/w cycles usually 8, 12 just seems too long for me.
so no one has got any magic potions.ha.
