Hey Merc - just got my nicolean. However, the cream is so thick, I can't get it to come through the pump, or pump at all. Did you have this problem?? IF so, did you dilute a bit so that it would flow through the pump? Also - there's not much cream in the bottle to start with. Wonder if I got a bad batch or something.

Here's my first impressions of Nicolean. I think it's a great product. I applied it twice yesterday, and once this morning. Don't get a caffeine rush, but do seem to be more perky. And this stuff kills your appetite pretty good. I also have seemed to have lost water weight already and look tighter. So far, I am very impressed. Here's some more feedback on the product. First, I think the product really works well. A couple of problems though - first, I still can't really get the stuff to pump out. Second, there was hardly any in the container to start with, and what there was had these little white grains in it. I've already loosened it up a bit with a touch of water, but I still can't get it to pump. Having a heck of a time getting out of container. I'll be contacting Custom Capsule for a remedy, hopefully.

But otherwise, the stuff seems to work very well. I am definitely tighther from using it. I was already fairly lean, so it is pretty easy to see the improvement.

Interesting. I've never been convinced that any topical fat loss lotions so to speak actually work. I'll think about this one though...

I received some today and there is hardly any in the bottle.The bottle only has aprox 1.25 inches of product in the bottle(measuring from the bottom). How full was the bottles you guys received? With how much is in the bottle i cant see using this 2 times a day on my abs only lasting more then a wk at the most!

Same here, there was hardly anything in my bottle. I too can not see me using it 2 times a day last for a while.

I cant believe this is the correct amount to be in the bottle. There is no amount printed to what should be in the bottle, but there is very little. Im a little concerned with this!

I had the same problem. I called, and they sent me out a new bottle. I just got it and haven't used it yet, but I opened it up and it looks like there is more in there and the consistency is better than the original. Whether it pumps better I don't know yet. I agree that they may need to get a better pump system and put much more product in though - especially at those prices. Otherwise the cost effectiveness will hamper sales of the product. But I do think it works well.

I am not sure of the exact amount in the bottle I recieved.. I was just a tester ... It is probably the same amount though..

I used it for like three weeks .. It is some thick stuff .. I would just do one quick pump ( to get the right about out ). A little bit seemed to go a very long way now that I am thinking back on it..

Pull the straw part from the pump. If you cut about an 1/8th of inch off the straw and reinsert into the pump it should be fine.

I just received the exact same email. I think I will call them. Like I have stated mine is only 1/10 full, they say 1/3, put I know it's not 1/3.

I told Anthony Roberts about the problem .. He contacted the manufacturer.. Here is the reply from them ....

Yes I have resent one bottle. The issue with it not coming out is a few
of the stems were cut too long so they are being smashed inside the bottle
and not able to pump correctly because they can not suck the lotion when
the end is smashed against the bottle floor.

As far as there not being enough in there they are wrong. There is rougly
50mls per bottle. The bottle can hold about 140mls so it appears to only
be a 1/3 full so people are thinking it is underfilled.
