First cycle in years.....give me your input

I have been reading up, and I think im on track with this......just wanted to throw it out there for constructive criticism. Heres the breakdown on where im at. Im 39 yrs old, been lifting since I was a kid, always an athlete. I am currently 220 lbs, 5' 11". I have a little too much BF, but am well aware of what I need to do on the diet side to max my benefits. I did a couple of BS cycles of Sustanon and EQ (seperately) when I was about 24, but I just did what I could get and had no idea what a PCT was. Back then I was right below 240lbs and about 10% bf. Anyhow, here is what I have and plan on doing.

    Test E @ 500mg per week, split by 2 250mg hits every 3.5 days
Deca @ 300mg per week, split by 2 150mg hits same timeline as the Test

I may bump the Deca to 400mg, just was going to go with the 300mg due to the size of the bottle

Going to do a 12 week cycle, using the Test E for all 12 weeks, and the Deca for 10 weeks......giving me 2 weeks longer on the Test after the Deca is done.

I may or may not get some D Bol to use for the first 4 weeks, I havent researched dosages on the D Bol becuase I wasnt sure if I was going to take it or not.

Let me know what you think.....also if you have some PCT suggestions, and if I should take anything during the cycle to combat gyno, etc.......I would be glad to hear your opinions, the PCT is confusing me a bit.

I was going to order my PCT gear form the site sponsor, I also have access to HCG.

Any feedback would be appreciated as I get back into the game.

Check out Anthony Roberts PCT protocol to help you out for PCT.

I would strongly suggest taking an Anti-E for PCT

You need to know if you are gyno prone or not, or if you tend to hold too much water. In any case I would reccomend having at least a AI available if needed.

Anthony Roberts pct is my favorite so I agree with Kennedy on that one.
