Doesn't matter. I rotate between front, middle and anterior. Less chance of scar tissue buildup.

I go in the middle, about an inch above the horseshoe at the bottom of the delt.

i only rotate the two .... main horse shoe and the inner.... anterior cant handle 2cc... with out hurting. ..
