after reading some articles on here regarding using clen to help burn fat, i was curious as to whether or not it would be any harder on older people.
I convinced my dad about 6 months ago to start a training and diet program. He is 56, 6" 210... Hes dropped about 15 or 20 in the last 6 months, but he has a beer belly to loose. Would a low dose of clen be a good idea?
