I just read a couple threads about bloating. If there is bloating, does it tend to be just water weight? Or is there an increase in body fat? What % of diet should be carbs to avoid fat gain?

bloating and actual body mass composition are unrelated. if you put on water weight it should come right off as soon as you do more cardio and change diet/cycle.
Why did u make2of the same thread?
Sweeetttt!!!! Baby Cheeks!!
I feel like it's deja vou or some sheet!
Please refrain from posting multiple threads asking the same thing. Thanks.

i didnt think i was going to get an answer. I am not so worried about water retention. i do 30 to 40 min of cardio 4 to 5 times a week. my thought is that if i run a mild cycle with high protien moderate carbs should i see lean muscle gains. Does that sound accurate?
thats what I'm trying to do. I eat about 50-100g carbs a day and the rest is protein and fat, I do a little more cardio than you, and I'm training 4 days a week. So far I've lost tons of fat and retaining muscle very well, but no good gains. I think without AAS you won't see gains doing that. I'm not currently on a cycle.
I guess I got the same question...
No, this not true.
Body composition is the sum of your bones, muscle, water, fat, minerals, etc...
If your body is bloated and say you have an extra 5lbs of water on you and you go for a body composition analysis your percentage of body fat will actually be lower compared to your body without the bloat.
So if I take extends then my body fat percentage will go down?
in theory your body fat will go down if you are bloated
You won't look it though.
I have been thinking of mixing ensure or slimfast with whey for a post work out drink, good idea or bad?
I personally wouldn't.
As for a post workout drink, I recommend in place of that a post workout meal. Take your protein shake ASAP and then have a nice meal. Real food is always better then a "meal replacement" or shake. This is just my opinion.
I usually don’t have time to eat after. So I have a protein shake immediately then eat about 1.5hrs later. Its ruined Ill just quit!
i always have a sci-fit protein drink after working out myself. it has 55 grams of pure whey, 220 calories, 1g fat and 1g sugar. they taste great and likr you said, i dont have the time to eat especially 55 grams of protein after lifting. now if im doing slin then i change up and drink a protein/carb/creatien drink that has alot more carbs and about the same protein
great, ill stick with it. sci-fit rocks!
