Measured for a tux....

So I was measured for a tux back in Oct. and was in a buddies wedding, and now I am going to be in another friends wedding, and since the measurements probably haven't changed.. I called up the mens warehouse to get them to give me the measurements over phone.. He told me my cheats and over arm measurement.. thought for a second and was like "do you work out?" I was like.. "umm.... yea... why?" and she said, well these are very odd measurements.. so i wanted to make sure they were right...
I guess the normal differences between the Cheast and over arm is 8 inches.. well I have a 12 inch difference

OverArm 50"

Am I a freak of nature, what does this mean? I have a really big chest or really broad shoulders or what?

17.5 is not bad neck mines 18 .... 42-44 inch chest pending on measurements..... and very similar shoulder structure.....
