Okay, regarding reconstitution of IGF-1 Lr3:
I'm under the impression that Lion still sends his IGF-1 with ~.9% NaCl solution, which is acidic enough for reconstitution for media grade Lr3. I've read many people who are concerned about what they use for reconstitution, whether it be aceidic acid, ba, bacterostatic water, nacl, etc, etc.........I'm satisfied using nacl after reading further into some of the references given by old man hooker in the igf profile.

Okay, so let me break it down how i will be reconstituting this...correct me if i'm missing anything or if my math is wrong...
1-Remove vaccum from vial of NaCl, using slin pin, pull out 1 mL (1cc) of solution into syringe.
2-Slowly plunge 1 mL nacl solution from syringe into vial containing lyophylized IGF-1, letting the solution run down the side of the glass, so as not to directly hit the igf.
3-Slowly swirl solution in vial until IGF completely dissipates into solution. BINGO: RECONSTITUTED. Now add more NaCl solution according to dosing prefrences:
4-Slowly withdraw entire amount of reconstituted IGF solution and add it to an empty 10mL vial.
5- So currently the IGF is dosed at 1mg IGF/1mL solution
6- Continue adding NaCl to vial until there is 10mL worth of NaCl in vial with IGF
7- Now the IGF is dosed at 1mg IGF/10mL of solution
8- So a filled 1mL slin pin will contain .10mgs of IGF or 100mcgs
9- So if i want to pull 60mcgs, i fill my 1mL slin pin to the the .6 mark (just above halfway)
I think i have this right...if you can follow my logic, feel free to correct me on anything..
