ive been training for over a year and i cant put weight on. im not short of strength but i just seem to rip up and not put on any weight. i just feel i need i bit of bulkiness!!!!
im 17, 5ft 8ish and i weigh 65kg.
i do chest and tries on monday
shoulders on tuesday
fitness wednesday
back and biceps thursday
legs friday.
should i take protein/creatine/testosterone?????
im just looking for a bit of direction to be honest. be grateful if anyone can help!!!
