Thread: need some help!!

    need some help!!

    ive been training for over a year and i cant put weight on. im not short of strength but i just seem to rip up and not put on any weight. i just feel i need i bit of bulkiness!!!!

    im 17, 5ft 8ish and i weigh 65kg.

    i do chest and tries on monday
    shoulders on tuesday
    fitness wednesday
    back and biceps thursday
    legs friday.

    should i take protein/creatine/testosterone?????

    im just looking for a bit of direction to be honest. be grateful if anyone can help!!!

    @ 17..(and you're going to hear this from the entire board...all diet. Train your a$$ off and Eat like it's going out of style. You're too young for aas. Read up on the diet forum here, @ 17 you can still gain 10-25 natural.

    i'll say FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD and more food before you getbanned for being under 18 buddy, but up your Protein and carbs intake, your still very young and goign to be hitting your natrual high soon so dont think of gear for a very long time at least another 5years if not longer if you can get as much information as you can on diets and food groups and learn everything you can and you'll see vast improvments.

    stay away from any kind of gear and eat, eat, eat. you need to try to double your food intake and consume more protein. maybe try a good weight gainer(not that gnc crap either). i use sci-fits extreme mass which has 900 calories per serving and 50 grams of whey protein with low fat and sugar. it tastes good and mixes easy.
