    Lots of good food to eat today ... I planned it so today worked out to be a cheat meal day .. ( More like a entire cheat day.. lol ) ...

    yer am just haveing a huge roast ,,,,,roast beef,roast patatoe,mash,cabbage,carrat and turnip,with aload of gravey and mint sauce ........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..
