Hey all,

I just recently got a package picked up by customs, they agreed to resend it, just to a different addy. Now, i`m sending it to my brothers house, and want to know if there are any risks for him? He has some dope in his house, and it would pretty much kill me if he got caught because of me. Can they even search your house if you don`t sign off for a package.

Whats the deal? is there a more informative post on this kind of stuff?

so obviously you really didnt think this through then. of course there are risks for your brother. if it is sent with a signature required then how would it be delivered without him signing for it? and if they have probable cause and a search warrant they can do whatever they want to his house. these are controlled substances, its in the smae class as coke bro. now having said that, the chances of this happening are pretty slim. however he does have the same last name as you so that would probably increase it slightly. but you should have done the right thing and got a po box and not involved your brother in this. jmo.

coke is a Schedule II drug
AAS is a Schedule III
