I recently came into some "supplements". In advance, please excuse me for not using the appropriate jargon.
First, some stats: 30 years old, 6'1", 240 lbs. I played college baseball and know my way around a gym. My goal is to stay around the same weight but add some lean muscle and definition.
I have the fortunate luck of these supplements coming my way for no cost but have no clue on how to utilize.
Here is what I have:
1 Tren. 200/10ml
4 EQ 200/5ml
30 Amp. Winn.
I can use some direction on dosage, frequency, etc. I am open to obtaining whatever is needed to achieving my goals.
