i started my cycle this week:
prop 100mg eod wk 1-12
tren 100mg eod wk 1-10
IGF-1 60mcg wo days only wks 6-9 & 14-17
Winny 50mg ed wk 7-12
Letro throughout, clomid, nolv, etc - pct squared away....
as some of you know, i injured myself pretty bad last Nov... herniated a disk while squatting then developed pneumonia while all this was going on - nightmare ya know?
stats - 5ft. 6in and, after losing 20lbs in the hospital (183 to 163), then gaining it back all in bf (163 to 186) couldn't workout due to the back and ate like the depressed person i was..lol).. i trained myself back to a point where i could workout lightly, slowly gained strength back and, since Feb have been going pretty strong and i scaled back to 168lbs 10% bf and am currently at 173lbs 11-12%bf.
Cycle history is experienced... i've done a few (my weight may not sound like it but remember, i'm 5 ft 6in and i weigh more now than my entire familiy tree combined - yup, a real hardgainer)
As you can tell from my weight fluctuation, i'm pretty responsive to whatever my goals may be. i'm familiar with the science behind dieting and can manipulate my system through diet and training to gain or shred.
okay, i'm getting to my point/question - typically, when running a cycle like this, the philosophy is to gain a certain amount of weight and either use the last few weeks to cut, or gain all the way through and design a cut cycle later.
In this particular case, i want to stay as lean as possible throughout the cycle, however still gain a good amount of lean muscle. I understand, by not consuming 5kcals per day, and not foregoing a full schedule cardio routine, etc., that capitalizing on my gains will be hindered (not to mention i'm runningn letro). I'm looking for input on who has done this before and what your results were. who has run an advanced cycle like this one while continuing to do cardio 3-4x per wk (40min) and kept cals and carbs minimized? were you still happy with the results?
Obviously my strength will increase i'm still eating good - here's an example of my daily diet):
meal 1 - 6 hb eggs (2yolks), grape nuts or fat free/sugar free oatmeal, 1/2 handfull of almonds
meal 2 - protien shake (240 cal, 48g protein, low carbs)
meal 3 - chicken breast, 1 cup rice, maybe veggies maybe not
meal 4 - 3 cans tuna with low fat mayo and lil bit o hot sauce (love that sh*t)
meal 5 - protien shake, 1/2 handfull of almonds
meal 6 - Steak or fish, cup of rice, veggies
so, if i approach this cycle with this particular philosophy, do you think i'll be wasting gaining potential, and if so, by how much.
thanks,
IG
