this is my older brother...ive been trying to get this guy to post up some pictures for years..he finally took some and jsut sent me this. hes been training for MMA over the last few months so hes not doing very heavy weight training, alooot of endurance and failure. 225 for reps on bench, 50's for curls, that kind of shit. the guy is taylor made for bodybuilding, incredible metabolism, awesome proportions, he is the one who dragged me into the gym and changed my life. hes been training on and off for around 8 years, but was big into karate when he was young and was actually pretty jacked when he was in his early teens. in these pics hes around 170, hes been as heavy as 220.
anyway, check it out! if theres any remaining questions about whether or not im natural this should put them to rest...my bro is also totally natural, and has never ran a cycle of any kind. hes 5'5 btw

hes 170 in these pics...thanks for the responses y'all...BONE.CRUSHER, i actually just talked to him about entering some bodybuilding comps and he thinks he might...honestly, i think he could walk onto pretty much any natural stage and hold his own, right now..to think how cut he would be on an actual preshow diet, would be ****in scary!

thanks for the responses y'all. and yeah he ****in busts his ass. he always trained untill failure, before he even knew what he was doing..just curling a bar in our basement he still curled it untill he was screaming in pain i remember, cause i was playing video games at the time and wishing he ****in kept it down, haha..nah he works ****in very hard man, and definately taught me alot about what it is to put your heart, soul, and body into this.

nah it didnt take 8 years...hes been in and outof the gym through this period...had a year off, 6 months off, ect...recently hes been going steady for a while, but again im speaking for him and i dont really know, from what ive seen he went up to like 210 lbs, then over the course of last year got down to 170, now hes kind of hovering around there and putting on more muscle/cutting up even more. both of us have had issues that kept us out of hte gym for extended periods of time. he was massive like 5 years ago, and could have cut down to this size then probably, but life just got in the way. same with me, i had over 21 inch arms and was benching 450 when i was 21, inbetween then and now ive had close to 3 years out of the gym but we both rebound very, very quickly.

thetank man i wasnt kididng before you got those freaky huge trey brewer genetics. get into serious training. With what you have done naturally is amazing, with the Amount of AAS these pro guys get into, the training, man im serious you have the potential. And this guy is incredible, if he hasnt cycled amazing> it isnt easy to look so lean and pumped naturally with that size.
