I weighed my self at the gym monday and was 161.... PISSED cause i lost 14lbs over the past two months from poor diet. But since I started TEST E monday and had two weeks of awesome dieting before i have now gained 7 lbs and I and tell just a little its in my chest and arms. Not a big difference but I can tell with a couple shirts I wear. can feel a difference i mean.

Question. If I kept my cardeo up like playing hella basketball and wakeboarding on the lake will that keep me from getting bigger if I keep my diet up high and work outs intense?
