As someone from the blue of nowhere with little to no knowledge coming here, as of late I been reading articles and such on steroids, specifically on how to first begin/first cycle. I been reading a lot of long descriptions and such with topics including diets and such. I am not taking anything nor should I seeing I have absolutely no knowledge on the current topic I'm posting about, however I am curious what specifically would be the best substance/s to use (if available in capsules that would be better lol) for a 19 year old who has been working out/lifting for two years. It's a very basic question. Sorry if I come out sounding dumb lol. Thanks.
