Alright, Im a long time reader, and first time poster so please bear with me on my noobness.
So I want to start up a cycle but unfortunately I am not sure where to start.
I am 19 years old.
I am 6'2, and right now I weight 194 lbs, Im very undersized at that weight im still pretty skinny.
Diet wise I don't have a real diet I go by, I usually just eat whatever I want right now, I compete in Triathlons during the summer and I wrestle competitively.
Im looking to put on alot of weight, muscle wise I would really like to be around 215 or 220, I do lots of cardio and I would like to stay cut. My question is where do I turn to?
