Keeping strenght gains after a cycle?

I am currently running 4th week of my 14 week cycle with Test E, EQ, dbol for kickstart, and stanabol. So, I am still on the dbol, and I have already added like 65 pounds more on squats and and benchpresses. I just wonder what is your expierence, how much of the strenght gains do you succesfully keep, after finishing a cycle? I think my PCT would be quite good, as I will pay special attention to it and already having everything necessary.

If you continue to eat like a horse and run a proper PCT, you should keep 75% of strength gains, some guys keep 100%

yeah, I'm quite sure it is probably impossible to keep the same level if not on juice, just curious for some average of the strenght gains kept. I know it differs from person to person, so I am just asking for your experience.

Actually that was something I've been toying with is high levels of IGF to super compensate for nolvadex's reduction effects... It would seem to me that IGF levels are the only real sever deficiency in current PCT protocols...

Don't compare yuor post cycle strengths with your on cycle peaks but compare them to you max before cycle and i think you will still be quiet pleased with after cycle results.

its impossible. whether on juice or not you can't keep your peak strength levels year round anyways.

Just make sure your PCT is in order. Eat well. I even cycle in creatine afterwards to keep as much as possible.
